Mr. Gray is the co-founder of TerraCap’s commercial real estate investing platform. TerraCap is a $350 million multi-fund commercial real estate private equity fund manager. TerraCap is a vertically integrated operator of more than 3 million square feet of income producing properties valued at approximately $400 million.
Prior to TerraCap, Mr. Gray was at Morgan Stanley where he was a voting member of the Global Investment Committee which oversaw $90 billion AUM of real estate investments worldwide and head of real estate capital markets for Europe and the Americas. Previously at JPMorgan, Mr. Gray was head of commercial real estate risk management. Mr. Gray graduated from Columbia Business School with an MBA in finance and from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in engineering.
